empezaron un programa que pretende ser un complemento en la formaci\u00f3n integral, adem\u00e1s de una mejora en la participaci\u00f3n y en la convivencia de nuestro centro.<\/p><p>El periodo de formaci\u00f3n del alumnado ayudante comprende diferentes sesiones y trata los siguientes temas: rol del alumno y alumna ayudante, educaci\u00f3n en las emociones, habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos.<\/p><p>Se trata de un sistema de ayuda entre iguales, formado por un grupo reducido de alumnos, coordinados por diversos profesores, con la finalidad de mejorar la convivencia en el centro a trav\u00e9s de la puesta en pr\u00e1ctica de t\u00e9cnicas de escucha activa.<\/p><p>La base fundamental del programa es la de crear un grupo de alumnos y alumnas que sea capaz de escuchar y acompa\u00f1ar en las necesidades a otros compa\u00f1eros. Adem\u00e1s, el alumno\/a ayudante ir\u00e1 adquiriendo a lo largo del programa habilidades sociales y t\u00e9cnicas: madurez, desarrollo personal, liderazgo, solidaridad, escucha activa,
